Welcome to the world of trading! Today, we’re diving into the Ehlers Inverse Fisher Transform of the RSI, a powerful tool for MetaTrader 5.
This handy version can calculate the inverse Fisher transform for various types of RSI, including:
- Regular RSI
- Cuttler's RSI
- Haris' RSI
- Rapid RSI
- RSX
- Slow RSI
You have the option of choosing between floating or fixed levels. If you set the floating levels period to <=1, the indicator will calculate fixed levels. On the flip side, if you set the period for floating levels to >1, it will calculate those floating levels instead. This flexibility allows you to adjust how the colors change based on the levels you select, and it also determines how and when alerts will be triggered.

The inverse Fisher transform of RSI is designed to enhance the extremes in the market, specifically the overbought and oversold zones. When combined with floating levels and the different types of RSI, this tool provides quicker and clearer trend detection. Plus, with additional smoothing, you can reduce those pesky false signals.
As with any trading indicator, a bit of experimentation with the parameters is key. Finding the optimal settings for your specific symbol and time frame can make all the difference in your trading success.
