When diving into the Puria method, the timeframe you choose—be it H1 or M30—plays a crucial role. Let’s set up our chart with three moving averages:
- Moving Average 1: MA period - 85, MA method - Linear Weighted, applied to Low, choose red color.
- Moving Average 2: MA period - 75, MA method - Linear Weighted, applied to Low, choose red color.
- Moving Average 3: MA period - 5, MA method - Exponential, applied to Close, choose blue color.
Next, add the MACD indicator using these parameters: Fast EMA=15, Slow EMA=26, MACD SMA=1. These indicators are all readily available in any MetaTrader 5 client terminal.

The Puria method shines with these recommended currency pairs and timeframes:
- AUDJPY - M30 - 15 pips;
