Understanding the Power of EUR with the Average Indicator.
Version 229.201
Welcome to the latest version of our popular indicator, designed to showcase the relative strength of the euro (EUR) against other currencies.
The zero line (0.0) represents the average over your selected period (defined by the AveragePeriod variable).
This indicator computes its value based on the closing prices of seven currency pairs that include the euro.
To make things easier for you, we’ve added a colored histogram that helps you interpret market conditions at a glance.
Now, you have two modes to choose from:
-
TREND
-
COUNTER-TREND
-
When both the BASE and QUOTE currencies are in the same color and mode, it indicates a stronger opportunity to trade in the right direction.
Example 1 = BUY:
EUR/USD.
In the TREND mode for both Power of EUR with Average and Power of USD with Average.
When both indicators show GREEN, it’s a signal to BUY the EUR/USD pair.
Example 2 = SELL:
EUR/USD.
Again, in TREND mode for both Power of EUR with Average and Power of USD with Average.
When both indicators turn RED, it’s time to SELL the EUR/USD pair.
