The Fisher Transform indicator, often referred to as Ehlers Indicator, was originally developed by John Ehlers back in 2002. This powerful tool is designed to help traders identify market movements and potential turning points.
In simple terms, the Fisher Transform indicator works like this: when the indicator is on the rise, the market tends to follow suit and move upwards. Conversely, when the indicator falls, you can expect the market to drop as well. This correlation makes it an essential part of many traders' strategies.
The original version of this indicator was coded in MQL4 and first made its debut in the Code Base on June 14, 2016. Since then, it has been a go-to tool for traders looking to enhance their market analysis.
