Hey traders! Have you ever found yourself losing track of your stats and game plan? If you can't keep an eye on them, your emotions can get the best of you, leading to impulsive decisions like revenge trading after a loss. That's why I always aim to monitor my statistics and daily targets to stay in control of my emotions.
To help with this, I developed an indicator that allows me to track my statistics and daily goals effectively.
This handy indicator has three main inputs that you can customize:
- Font Color: Choose the font color that suits your style.
- Start Date: Set the range of dates for which you want to analyze your stats. Just pick a start date, and the indicator will do the rest, calculating your performance from that point onward.
- Daily Target in %: Define your daily target. For example, if you want to aim for a 2% gain each day, simply enter 2.
As you can see in the image above, the indicator provides the following key metrics:
- Date Range: Displays the period from your Start Date to the present.
- Target: Represents your daily target in percentage and calculates it against your account balance.
- Expectancy: Offers insights into your trading effectiveness.
- CLOSED POSITIONS (20): Shows the total number of trades during the specified date range.
- Net Profit: Calculates your net profit over the date range [total profit - total loss].
- % Win/Loss: Displays the percentage of winning trades versus losing trades.
- Avg Win/Loss: Provides the average win and average loss amounts.
